Curbed often showcases homes that are big, bold, beautiful, and incredibly pricey, but what does a good deal look like?
In order to prove that it is possible to find a bargain in the District, Curbed has mapped 10 homes that are all under $200,000. Each ranges from a three-bedroom single-family home in Capitol Heights, Maryland to a two-bedroom condo in Marshall Heights.
Is there a certain price point you would like Curbed to take a look at next? Let us know in the comments or email our tipline.
[UPDATE 2/2/17: The map was updated with new listings on the market. The homes are listed according to price, from the most expensive to the least.]
