Getting a good deal on a home in Washington, D.C. isn't unheard of, but it certainly is incredibly hard to find. The median listing price for a home in Washington, D.C. is around $540,00. For those in search of abodes on the more affordable side, Curbed mapped the least expensive homes on the market with prices ranging from $35,900 to $50,000. Don't expect any of these listings to be on the attractive side. Instead expect fixer-uppers that plead you to imagine the potential they could have. Also note that any and all auction properties were left off this map.
