Believe it or not, there are condos on the market in Dupont Circle that ask below $400K. In fact, there are two buildings with multiple listings all asking under $300K. However, many of the listings in this nightlife hotspot/snowball fight central go quickly. With one exception, all of the places mapped below have been on the market under three months and three buildings even have open houses this Sunday.
