Months and months ago we looked at the bottom of the property ladder for one of DC's most popular neighborhoods and every single one of those Logan Circle homes have sold. So now we have a brand new list of the places that are on the market as of today. Since Logan Circle is so popular they could be gone by Monday, but for right now we have mapped the ones that are still available. They start at under $300K and go up to over $400K.
