So now we have a brand new list of the places that are on the market as of today. Since Logan Circle is so popular they could be gone by Monday, but for right now we have mapped the ones that are still available. They start at under $300K and go up to over $400K.

1300 N St NW
Washington, DC 20005

The Radius building can be the first place people look if they want Logan Circle access without high prices. This studio is 354 Sq. Ft but has some classy finishes.

2. $267,000 1512 MARION St #103

1512 Marion Street Northwest
Washington, DC 20001

This is a true one-bedroom with open plan kitchen that measures 453 Sq. Ft. Still kind of small, but it doesn't look dreary or depressing from the pictures.

3. $304,000 440 N St

440 N St NW
Washington, DC 20001

This one is a short sale and looks pretty depressing. Plus it is small at 960 Sq. Ft. But maybe a buyer could hold on to it for a few years until a developer wants to buy the whole block and then make big bucks.

4. $314,900 449 R St #12

449 R St NW
Washington, DC 20001

This one is at the outer edges of what could be considered walking distance to Logan Circle but at only $314,900 for a 582 Sq. Ft. one bed, one bath it seems worth including.

5. $315,000 1239 VERMONT Ave #206

1239 Vermont Avenue Northwest
Washington, DC 20005

A corner unit 1 bed, 1 bath that includes parking can be forgiven for having a tacky chandelier.

6. $324,999 1605 7TH St #7

1605 7th St NW
Washington, DC 20001

At this point on the list 832 Sq. Ft. seems absolutely huge and so this 1 bed, 1 bath can be called spacious. HOA dues are starting to creep upwards, though, and this one comes with fees of $302/mo.

7. $329,900 605 RHODE ISLAND Ave #1

605 Rhode Island Avenue Northwest
Washington, DC 20001

Here's the first two bedroom (and 1.5 bath) for the list and feels more like a real house than a box in an apartment building. There are only three units in the whole building.

8. $379,900 1501 VERMONT Ave #1

1501 Vermont Avenue Northwest
Washington, DC 20005

So historic! And so much over use of the fishbowl photo filter! Anyway, the one bed, one bath looks to be in good condition with very fancy name brands on the kitchen and bath fixtures.

9. $395,000 1239 VERMONT Ave #202

1239 Vermont Avenue Northwest
Washington, DC 20005

This two bed, two bath comes with parking and separate storage (both deeded) so maybe that is why the HOA fees are over $700 per month.

10. $439,900 1610 11TH St Unit 1-A

1610 11th Street Northwest
Washington, DC 20001

Well, that smiley happy person working on a laptop is a sure way to sell this 2 bed, 2 bath. That and the fact it is wired for surround sound and has two private entrances into the unit.
