The temperature may be dropping but the prices seem to be reaching new heights. The latest data from RBIntel shows some places are selling properties well above the $2,000,000 mark. Of the four detached houses that sold in the Georgetown nabe, the median price surpassed the $3,000,000 sales mark. Hot on it's fancy heels, the parks of Woodley and Cleveland were wheeling and dealing homes for nearly $3,000,000 as well. And in Dupont/AdMo (which includes the newly-appointed SoMo), townhouses hit more than a cool million. But outside of these nabes, there are still affordable places to nest. It just depends on what you consider "affordable".
