Those who love everything itty bitty are sure to enjoy these properties in Washington, D.C. They’re certainly not tiny homes, but they’re still not quite big enough to be deemed typical for a single-family home in the city.

By August 22, NeighborhoodX compiled for Curbed DC the city’s smallest houses for sale, which have been mapped in order of smallest to largest. The listings range from 572 square feet up to 800 square feet with prices that start at $200,000 and end at $850,000.
