Let's call this the calm before the storm. For the month of February over four hundred properties sold totaling $8,294,750 worth of sales. With so many more listings coming to market every day, we can expect the numbers to pick up dramatically between now and June/July. But before all that happens, we're looking at February numbers broken down by zip code. And if you want to compare to prior months, why here you go: January 2012 and December 2011 are still around.
