Editor's Note: This post was originally published in June 2015 and has been updated with the most recent information.

If you're going to pay top dollar for an apartment, you might as well get some amenities while you're at it. Sometimes, a rooftop pool and a 24-hour fitness center aren't enough, though.

Let's bring on the bocce courts, the rooftop dog parks, and the electric car charging stations.

From Capitol Yards to 2M Street Apartments, Curbed DC has mapped the most amenity-packed rental buildings in Washington, D.C. There were two Maryland residences, though, that couldn't be left out: The Lauren Residences for its sommelier in residence and The Esplanade at National Harbor for its virtual golf simulator and oversized chess pieces.

After checking out the map, feel free to leave a comment with suggestions on other apartment buildings that are filled to the brim with amenities.
