NoVA's most expensive homes sold in 2016

View as Map
1125 Crest Lane

It's the end of the year, and that means that it's finally time to see what homes truly caught homebuyers' eyes. Thanks to Estately, Curbed DC was able to map all of NoVA's biggest home sales that took place in 2016.

In the map below, nine of the 10 homes are located in McLean with the other home located in Alexandria. Four of the homes located in McLean were also on the same street, Georgetown Pike. Newly constructed homes also seemed to be popular among the big spenders as three of the homes listed were built in 2015.

Were there any notable listings left out? Let Curbed know in the comments.

UPDATE: MRIS, a Bright MLS, Inc. company, provided the images for this list.
