For those who may not be very familiar with Deanwood, the area is fairly rural with few newcomers or new construction, according to UrbanTurf. It's known for low home prices and a community-oriented neighborhood. Concerning Deanwood's housing market, the median listing price is $360,000, while the median sale price is $168,000, as reported by national real estate brokerage Redfin. It should be noted that this data was calculated using listings from the last 90 days. There were only four homes sold in Deanwood within the last 90 days.
