Mapping The 10 Least Expensive Homes In/Near Dupont Circle

View as Map

Springtime in "the circle". Dupont ain't Paris, but it's probably as close to Parisian as this city will get. The youngsters, the oldies, the hip, and the touristy all flock to this outdoor space to eat gelato/drink a latte/throw hamburgers at each other. Love it or hate it, but most people love it. And blocks off of this city destination are condos that are looking for a buyer who wants to live a quasi-European lifestyle. And yes, because many people want to live in Dupont and inventory is super tight, money does not go that far. Don't expect anything more than a one bedroom on this map. But it isn't the unit that's important, it's the location.
