View as Map

The youngsters, the oldies, the hip, and the touristy all flock to this outdoor space to eat gelato/drink a latte/throw hamburgers at each other. Love it or hate it, but most people love it. And blocks off of this city destination are condos that are looking for a buyer who wants to live a quasi-European lifestyle. And yes, because many people want to live in Dupont and inventory is super tight, money does not go that far. Don't expect anything more than a one bedroom on this map. But it isn't the unit that's important, it's the location.
