Located south of Capitol Hill, Navy Yard has seen a huge growth in the number of construction projects planned or currently underway. Once the city's industrial backyard, now the neighborhood has become a bustling residential and retail community. From Park Chelsea to F1RST, here is a map of every residential project either under construction or in the planning stages in the Navy Yard neighborhood.
