Curbed previously mapped every construction project currently underway in H Street Corridor, and now it's time to see what another up-and-coming neighborhood in Washington, D.C. has to offer. Located south of Capitol Hill, Navy Yard has seen a huge growth in the number of construction projects planned or currently underway. Once the city's industrial backyard, now the neighborhood has become a bustling residential and retail community. From Park Chelsea to F1RST, here is a map of every residential project either under construction or in the planning stages in the Navy Yard neighborhood. JBG is developing this mixed-use development to have 26,000-square-feet of retail and 290 apartments. Construction will begin the third quarter of 2015 and end by 2017.

1333 M Street SE

In Navy Yard, you can expect this mixed-use development to feature 10,000-square-feet of retail, 673 residential units, and 220 parking spaces. The project will be completed in four phases. No word yet on whether or not it will offer condos, apartments, or both. The developer is Cohen Companies.

800 New Jersey Avenue SE

With an expected delivery by 2016, this LEED Silver-certified development will include 336 luxury apartments, 35,000-square-feet of retail space for a Whole Foods Market, and two levels of customer parking. The developer is WC Smith.

1200 Half Street SE

This development is still currently in the planning stages, but the plans for this site are either for 401,600-square-feet of residential and 60,100-square-feet of retail or 326,500-square-feet of residential, 60,100-square-feet of retail, and a 75,100-square-foot hotel. Construction is expected to begin by 2016. The developer is Jair Lynch.
