Over the next few years, Washington, D.C.'s hotel industry is expected to grow with new developments breaking ground, finishing construction, and making the big bucks. In July 2015, the D.C. Office of Revenue Analysis reported that 2015 saw the highest occupancy rate for all Washington, D.C. hotels in a decade. There was more demand and a higher average room rate. One can only expect to see the numbers continue to grow as projects like the citizenM and The Conrad open their doors to the public.
In order to keep track of which hotels Washington, D.C., residents should keep their eyes on, Curbed DC has created the below map.
Are there any projects you see missing? Let Curbed DC know by leaving a comment or emailing email@example.com.
