The sales numbers from RBIntel for October look a bit sluggish compared to last month's, but 'tis the season for a slowdown. The 2-Triple Zero-7 (aka Georgetown/Burleith) saw a massive drop for median prices for detached homes from $3M to $867,000, but calm down everybody because the sample size is only two. The nabe around American University saw more than a dozen detached sales with average prices exceeding $1M. And the spot where condos keep on moving? Dupont/Adams Morgan where more than fifty condos found lucky buyers during October.
