It’s time to sweat it out with no costs attached. Here, in this map, Curbed DC has listed eight different outdoor fitness classes and groups in Washington, D.C. that are perfect for getting fit and having fun at the same time.

From Georgetown to Navy Yard, these free classes range from yoga to pilates to DJ-driven drills sure to make you feel stronger and healthier in no time.

Through August 29, Georgetown’s Georgetown Business Improvement District offers free outdoor fitness classes at the Georgetown Waterfront Park. Starting at 6 p.m. every Wednesday, these hour-long sessions will include yoga, pilates, and barre workouts taught by instructors from Lululemon, Patagonia, Barre3, and Corepower Yoga.

Each day offers a different activity, either yoga on Tuesdays, barre on Wednesdays, or pilates on Thursdays. Over 1,000 people visit these classes every summer. Be sure to bring a mat for yoga.

This free, year-round program is perfect for all ages and people of all levels of fitness. The November Project meets on Mondays at 6:30 a.m. at Meridian Hill Park, the last Monday of every month at 6:30 a.m. Capitol Hill’s Peace Circle, and on Wednesdays at 5:25 a.m. and at 6:20 a.m. at the Lincoln Memorial steps. According to the Active Life DC blog, the first class of this outdoor bootcamp is always free. In Logan Circle, classes are held in the mornings on Mondays and Saturdays. For those who would prefer to work out in the evenings, there are also classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to register ahead of time to get your first free class.

In this biking club, no one is left behind. If just jumping into fitness classes, be sure to check out the beginners ride on the first Saturday of every month. It travels at a slower pace. In the 2015 Bicyclists Choice awards, the Washington Area Bicyclist Association voted Hills of Anacostia the Best Shop Ride in D.C. This bike ride is hosted every Saturday at 8 a.m. by BicycleSPACE, a community-centered bike shop.
