The RBIntel numbers for February are in, and it looks like the usual NW haunts have surpassed the $1M mark for detached houses. These four zip codes include the posh nabes of Spring Valley, Palisades, Georgetown, Upper NW, Dupont, and Adams Morgan where 16 detached homes sold during the month. As for overall activity for the DMV, condos made up the bulk of sales in most places except in Capitol Hill, Atlas District, Petworth, and 16th Street Heights.
