Fifteen Starter Homes With Parking In Arlington

View as Map

Entry-level homes are tough to find in this year's low-inventory housing market, especially if it is a home with a parking space. But as the temperatures warm up a few more listings are creeping onto the market and we found fifteen starter homes in Arlington that come with parking. Of course it is one of the most popular places to live so the homes are mostly trending towards condos and semi-detached rowhouses but we did find a few fully detached houses to add to the list. All of the properties on our map are under $500,000 and come with at least one parking space, but most of them have just entered the market within the past week and will probably move fast (just like the ones on our list of DC starter homes with parking).
