D.C.'s most expensive one- and two-bedroom homes for sale, mapped

The data wizards at NeighborhoodX compiled a list of the most expensive one-bedroom and two-bedroom listings currently on the Washington, D.C. market. Below, Curbed has mapped the findings, in order from most to least expensive one-bedrooms and from most to least expensive two-bedrooms.

The most expensive one-bedroom residences in the city range in size from 624 square feet to 1,208 square feet, with prices as low as $610,000 and as high as $1.5 million. In comparison, the most expensive two-bedroom listings run in price from $1.685 million to $3.5 million with square footage varying from 1,292 square feet to 3,497 square feet.

On a per-square-foot basis, one-bedrooms go as high as $1,250 per square, while two-bedrooms peak at $1,590 per square.
