Introducing Our Fall 2011 Rental Heat Map: Buildings In Hot Neighborhoods Delivering In The Next Year Or Two

View as Map

We've heard a few rental horror stories already for our Renters Week, but even if you don't live in a place that bad you might want to keep your eye on some of the many new or rehabbed buildings coming to the area in the next year or two. These management companies are just itching to get you to sign a lease. We're starting our heat map off with a little over a dozen buildings, mostly in some of the hot neighborhoods (NoMa and H Street NE, for example) but we will add more as we go. We'll also add renderings of buildings once we get them. Happy apartment-hunting!
