That's certainly not cheap, but it's not particularly eye-popping either. One month later, the 3 detached homes that sold in those NW nabes had a median price of $5,495,000. That's about a 350% increase in one month. Capitol Hill and Dupont Circle also saw a healthy activity with several dozen properties changing hands in just one month.
