The Oscars are only a few days away, and it's time to take your bets on which films will win Best Picture and which seat on the couch is yours for the taking. For movie lovers who need ambience as much as they need a good script, we mapped 10 of the best listings on the market with the most spectacular home theaters. Local multiple listing service MRIS released a list of 10 homes currently on the market with the most impressive home theaters in tow. Because seven out of the 10 listings were located in Virginia and three were in Maryland, we decided to pick and choose from the list and add a few of our favorites that are located in D.C. proper. What you can expect from our list includes the best of the best stadium seating with features like reclining seats, wall drapery, and even a ceiling mural of Michelangelo's "The Creation of Adam."
