The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and the unit comes with a washer/dryer. The neighborhood’s Metro station and public library are about five-minute walks away, and restaurants and bars are nearby on 7th Street NW. The U Street NW corridor is also close by.

In Palisades, this roughly 1,000-square-foot condo unit is renting for $2,300 a month. It is situated on the top floor of its building and boasts hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has been updated and the bathroom comes with a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The unit also features two bathrooms and a nook that contains a bunk bed. The property is on MacArthur Boulevard NW, near the neighborhood’s recreation center and various shops.

A furnished one-bedroom condo unit downtown is available to rent for $2,250 a month. It has hardwood floors and built-in shelves throughout, and is within walking distance of the Mount Vernon Square Metro station. It is also walkable to restaurants, bars, and stores on the 14th Street NW corridor and in Shaw. This pet-friendly building offers a laundry room.


Along the H Street NE corridor, this approximately 575-square-foot one-bedroom condo unit is rentable for $2,250 a month. The top-floor unit has been updated and has large windows. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and the bathroom has tiled flooring. The home is equipped with a washer/dryer. Restaurants, bars, and other businesses are a block north on H Street NE, while Union Station and the U.S. Capitol Grounds are in walking distance.

The unit features hardwood floors, expansive windows, and more than 500 square feet of space. The building is pet-friendly and has a gym and concierge service. The Waterfront Metro stop is a block away and the Wharf development is a short walk away.
