In Takoma, this furnished three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo unit is renting for $2,995 a month. The home has about 1,300 square feet and comes with a parking space. There are hardwood floors throughout, a light-filled kitchen, and, in the living room, a wood-burning fireplace. The unit is about a 10-minute walk from the neighborhood’s Metro stop and also has a balcony and a rear patio. Multiple restaurants and businesses are within a quick drive.

BF Saul Company and Saul Centers Inc.

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Woodley Park is available to rent for $2,860 a month. The apartment features a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors, and tall ceilings. The complex—the Kennedy-Warren Apartments—is close to the National Zoo, Rock Creek Park, and the neighborhood’s Metro stop. It boasts a fitness center with a swimming pool, a rooftop patio, concierge service, and common lounge areas.

Renting for $3,000 a month, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Columbia Heights has exposed brick, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer. There is central air conditioning, and the master suite walks out to a private deck. The unit is located just a couple of blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro station and is also within walking distance of the 14th and U street NW corridors. Metro buses are accessible on 14th Street.

Nomadic Leasing

On the H Street NE corridor, this two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rowhouse is available to rent for $2,850 a month. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and hardwood cabinets. The fenced backyard includes a brick patio and a parking space while the master bedroom has a private deck and lots of closet space. Metro’s X2 bus route and the D.C. Streetcar are accessible on H Street NE, as are numerous bars, restaurants, stores, and other businesses.

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom rowhouse in Hill East is rentable for $3,000 a month. The home is a couple of blocks from the Stadium–Armory Metro station and has a long, fenced backyard. The living spaces receive copious natural light. There is a washer/dryer, and the bathroom includes tile and shower/tub. The Robert F. Kennedy Stadium site is also nearby.
