This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo unit in Logan Circle is renting for $3,100 a month. Part of a rowhouse, it boasts its own private entrance and a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has been renovated and there is also an in-unit washer/dryer. The 14th Street NW corridor is down the block to the east and three Metro stations are within walking distance.

In Dupont Circle, this two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo unit in an Art Deco building is renting for $3,200 a month. The kitchen has been refurbished and there are hardwood floors throughout. The 17th Street NW corridor is just steps away and the neighborhood’s Metro station is within walking distance as well. The unit is also equipped with a washer/dryer.
