The five units in the under-construction 615 15th Street NE in Northeast Washington range in price from $524,999 for a 1,044-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom to $789,999 for a 1,571-square-foot duplex starting on the second floor.
That latter three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom unit includes a private roof deck too.
Developer Coba, in fact, touts the natural light that the conversion—dubbed the Plymouth DC—provides via skylights, courtyards, and other outdoor space, including at least two units with private roof decks.
Also, Coba says it maintained the 120-year-old exterior of the converted building and incorporated some of the structure into the final, thoroughly modern interiors.

Each of the condos has at least two bedrooms, and all five are currently on the market.
