This roughly 550-square-foot one-bedroom condo unit between NoMa, Truxton Circle, and Mount Vernon Triangle is renting for $2,467. The condo has hardwood floors throughout as well as an open floor plan, including a kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The home comes with parking and is roughly a 10-minute walk from the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro stop. It’s also within walking distance of Union Station and the U.S. Capitol.

The apartment includes an outdoor deck, while the building boasts a rooftop patio, a fitness center, and a lounge area. Several restaurants and the Takoma Park Neighborhood Library are nearby too.

This lofted one-bedroom condo unit along the U Street NW corridor will soon be rentable for $2,450 a month. The unit features hardwood floors, tall ceilings, in-unit laundry, and a lot of natural light. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There is also a private balcony and a community roof patio. The U Street–African American Civil War Memorial Metro stop is a block away and various restaurants and nightlife spots are close by.

Atlas Lane

At the northern end of Dupont Circle, near U Street NW, this almost 600-square-foot one-bedroom condo unit is on the rental market for $2,400 a month. There are hardwood floors throughout and the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances as well as numerous cabinets. The bathroom features a tiled glass shower while the living space includes a wood-burning fireplace. An in-unit washer/dryer and rooftop patio access also come with the home, which is within walking distance of noted restaurants located on 14th, 17th, 18th, and U streets NW.

Avalon First and M

In NoMa, one-bedroom apartments at the Avalon First and M building starting at $2,410 a month. They include hardwood floors, modern kitchens, in-unit washer/dryers, and high ceilings. The building boasts a rooftop pool, a cinema, music rooms, and 24-hour concierge service. It is pet-friendly and situated just a couple of blocks from the NoMa Metro station.
