In Foggy Bottom, a one-bedroom condo unit at the Carriage House community just off New Hampshire Avenue NW is available to rent for $2,300 a month. The unit is fully furnished and boasts a private balcony as well as an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite bar. The building is a five-minute walk from the Foggy Bottom Metro stop and a 10-minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro stop. The rent includes utilities, according to the listing, and the building comes with a rooftop deck and pool. A parking space is available too.

Payton’s Place Real Estate LLC

This 700-square-foot one-bedroom condo unit in Cleveland Park is rentable for $2,300 per month. There are hardwood floors throughout while the kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, white granite counters, and white cabinets. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. The neighborhood’s Metro station, served by the Red Line, is a three-minute walk from the building. The building features a rooftop deck, a full-service concierge, laundry, and a gym.

Nomadic Leasing

This roughly 900-square-foot two-bedroom apartment in Southwest will soon be renting for $2,395 a month, with some utilities included. The second bedroom can be used as a den or an office, and the living room walks out to a private balcony through glass sliding doors that let in lots of sunlight. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. There is shared laundry in the building and a parking spot is available for $200 per month. The Waterfront Metro station is up the block and the Wharf and Nationals Park are nearby.

Sahara Management

Near Eastern Market, a one-bedroom apartment in Capitol Hill is now renting for $2,350 a month. The apartment has a stained glass window and the kitchen comes with custom tiles, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer unit. There are 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, and an updated bathroom. The building includes a shared outdoor patio as well as bike storage. It is situated a block from the Eastern Market Metro and Barracks Row.

Just across the street from the under-renovation Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library and near both the Gallery Place–Chinatown Metro station and Capitol One Arena, a one-bedroom condo unit in Penn Quarter is rentable for $2,395 per month. At about 600 square feet, the condo includes stained concrete floors, brick walls, concrete ceilings, and a sliding door. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Walkable to downtown and the National Mall, the building has a daytime concierge, plus a secured entry system.
