In Dupont Circle, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo unit is available to rent for $2,700 a month. The unit is on the top-floor of its building and has big windows and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has marble counters and stainless steel appliances, while the living room is attached to a balcony. The bedroom has a sizable walk-in closet. With roughly 650 square feet, the unit is located just over five minutes from the neighborhood’s Metro station.

This roughly 725-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit in Logan Circle is renting for $2,725 a month. The unit features hardwood floors throughout and gets lots of natural light. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and there is an in-unit washer/dryer. Pets are allowed, and the Shaw–Howard University Metro station is about a seven-minute walk away. The 14th and U street NW corridors and downtown are also within walking distance.

Nomadic Real Estate

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Southwest will soon be available for $2,600 a month. It comes with a washer/dyer unit, a parking spot, and hardwood floors split across two levels. The spacious living room walks out to a private patio and garden through sliding glass doors. The building is situated within walking distance of both the Federal Center SW and Waterfront Metro stations. Also nearby are the National Mall, Nats Park, and the Wharf.

Columbia Company Ventures LLC

This nearly 1,600-square-foot four-bedroom house in Historic Anacostia features a sunroom, hardwood floors, a washer/dyer unit, a backyard, and a deck. It has a finished basement and a private garage in the rear. The house is situated only a couple of blocks from the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site, which sits on a 50-foot hill and provides unique views of the National Mall. The home is 15 minutes on foot from the Anacostia Metro. $2,600 per month.

The ONE Street Company

At roughly 1,100 square feet, this two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in Northeast, off North Capitol Street, is renting for $2,600 a month. The condo has been renovated, including the kitchen, and the community is gated. It is close to Catholic University and the Washington Hospital Center. The unit comes with a washer/dryer in addition to a private outdoor patio.
