This roughly 350-square-foot studio at 1300 Massachusetts Ave. NW, in downtown D.C., has refinished hardwood floors and is within walking distance of multiple other neighborhoods, including Logan Circle, Dupont Circle, Shaw, and Mount Vernon Triangle. The home, which is in a building that boasts extra storage and a laundry room, is on the market for $205,000.

A Murphy bed helps to maximize the space, as do built-in shelves in the main living area and the bathroom. The bed also comes with overhead reading lights. The kitchen, meanwhile, has numerous cabinets and is just off to the side of the front entrance. The HOA dues are $626 a month. They include the unit’s property taxes and all of its utilities but for cable and internet.

An open house is scheduled for March 3 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The unit last sold in 2015 for $159,000, property records show. Maggie Simpson with Long & Foster is the listing agent.
