Located at the Car Barn Condominiums in Capitol Hill, this one-bedroom unit is renting for $2,100 a month. It is near Lincoln Park, the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium site, and the Stadium–Armory Metro station. The living space is open plan and includes a fireplace. The community features a pool while the unit comes with a private outdoor brick patio. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors as well.

Located at a corner property along the U Street NW corridor, this one-bedroom condo unit that is about 540-square-feet large is listing for $2,000 a month. The unit receives copious natural light and boasts tall ceilings. The bathroom has been renovated and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as multiple cabinets. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer.

This updated two-bedroom in Eckington, an English basement unit, is rentable for $2,100 a month. The unit has a washer/dryer, and parking behind the building is included in the rent. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and there is recessed lighting throughout. Just east of North Capitol Street, the unit is near Crispus Attucks Park and a D.C. rec center.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo unit in Southeast’s Fairlawn neighborhood is up for rent for $2,100 a month. The kitchen features granite countertops, lots of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and a laundry machine. The unit has central air conditioning and the bathrooms have been updated. There are hardwood floors throughout and a back porch.

This nearly 630-square-foot one-bedroom in Foggy Bottom will soon be available to rent for $1,970 a month. The building, called the York, is within walking distance of the World Bank, George Washington University, and the State Department complex as well as the Farragut West and Foggy Bottom Metro stations. It boasts a roof deck with grills and a fitness center. There are parquet floors and large windows throughout the apartment. Cats are permitted.
