This bright one-bedroom condo unit in Bloomingdale is rentable for $1,950 a month. It has hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and recessed lighting throughout. There is a gas fireplace in the living space and modern appliances. The building, situated within walking distance of the Shaw Metro stations and restaurants in both Shaw and Bloomingdale, features a roof deck.

There is exposed brick as well as a large bedroom. The building, which is equipped with shared laundry machines, is close to the Capitol South Metro station and several Capitol Hill parks.

A one-bedroom flat apartment in Shaw is renting for $2,100 a month. The apartment comes with about 650 square feet and includes floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a washer/dryer. The building, which features bright-colored panels on its façade, is pet-friendly and offers parking. It is located down the block from the Mount Vernon–7th Street NW Metro station.
