This four-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home in Hillcrest is renting for $3,295 a month. Across roughly 1,600 square feet, it has hardwood floors, a fireplace, an attic, and a finished lower level. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and lots of cabinet space. The home has a large fenced backyard, a deck, and a one-car garage. A Safeway is a quick walk away.

There is a fireplace in the living space and wood floors throughout. The home has a washer/dryer, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. 18th Street NW is close by.
