On Massachusetts Avenue NW downtown, this one-bedroom condo unit is available to rent for $2,750 a month. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and large windows that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. In the bedroom, there’s a sizable sitting or office area. The building, which comes with a gym, a rooftop pool, and common areas, is just a couple of blocks from the Chinatown Metro stop.

The building is located within walking distance of the 18th Street NW commercial corridor as well as the Woodley Park–National Zoo Metro station (Red Line).

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and a breakfast bar. There are parquet floors throughout, and large windows allow in abundant sunlight. A Safeway grocery and the Dorothy I. Height public library are nearby.
