After a work stoppage this spring, the mixed-use redevelopment of St. Thomas’ Parish Episcopal Church is again on its way. UrbanTurf reports that the battle over the Dupont Circle church’s construction project seems to have ended, according to a statement from church development partner CAS Riegler saying that an agreement had been reached with Dupont Circle Citizens’ Association (DCCA) and Church Street Neighbors (CSN).
The seven-story redevelopment includes 51 residential units including affordable housing. “I’m delighted we found solutions that benefit our neighborhood and the wider community,” St. Thomas’ Parish’s Reverend Alex Dyer said in a statement.
