Construction will start soon to turn this Domino’s in Georgetown into condos

The project will only span four units

A Domino’s in Georgetown is not long for this world, according to UrbanTurf. The building at 3255-3259 Prospect Street NW will soon be razed, and construction is slated to begin on luxury condos in January. The number of units proposed for the site kept dropping — from 26 to seven and now Robert Elliott’s plans for four-story building involve four condominium units.

Seems like low-rise buildings housing chains in Georgetown are on the outs: a Valero gas station in Georgetown was recently demolished to make way for a brand new residential development.
