New housing units could be coming to Old Town Alexandria. The Washington Business Journal reports that city-owned parking lots at 912, 916, 920 King St. and 116 S. Henry St. will be sold to Galena Capital Partners, with plans to put residential and retail in the place of the lots.

If the project makes it through the planning and development process, this would add 52 multi-family units (including affordable units) and 150 parking spaces, along with retail on the ground floor of the building.
