It’s called a Lopitfit electric walking bike

The Hamilton Hotel Washington,D.C.

Who says bikes have to have pedals? Downtown’s Hamilton Hotel just added a new amenity for its guests, via its new fleet of six Lopitfit electric walking bikes, a kind of bike-scooter-treadmill hybrid. Its from The Netherlands and the bike is powered by a battery that turns the treadmill while the rider walks.

You can crank up the pace too, with an electric assist in combination with the adjustable multi-speed gears. The gears and speeds can get the bike moving from up to 3 to 20 MPH, which can easily take riders from 14th and K Streets to the National Mall and beyond.
