Meeting and event space Convene will open in Rosslyn

Flexible office and meeting services space Convene is moving in below Rosslyn’s new observation deck. Convene will move into 1201 Wilson, and this will be the company’s second location in the D.C. Metro area. Convene also operates a 15,000-square-foot location at 1800 Tyson’s Corner in McLean, Virginia. Convene announced its expansion to Rosslyn with a new sublease with Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory firm.

The 35,000-square-foot space will be located in the building’s top two floors beneath its observation deck. There will be space for up to 300 people in the venue, and the Convene-operated space will be available for Gartner employees and building tenants to use for meetings and events. It will also open to other companies based in the region.
