The Stanley Cup Championship parade is on! D.C. just announced that on Tuesday, June 12, the Washington Capitals will celebrate winning the 2018 Stanley Cup Championship with a parade and rally downtown.

Here’s the route: the parade will begin at 11 a.m. at Constitution Avenue and 17th Streets NW and will proceed along Constitution Avenue to 7th Street NW where it will turn right and culminate in an “ALLCAPS rally” at 7th Street NW and the National Mall. Additional details are still to come about that rally, including speakers.

The parade is free and open to the public. The D.C. government reminds fans to bring water, and recommends that fans take Metro or rideshare.
