The first new construction condominium community in the NoMa neighborhood is now sold out, and Urban Pace execs think this proves that D.C. residents in the area are willing to buy in NoMa, not just rent. Located at 911 2nd Street NE, the 42 units at Pullman Place are equally situated near Union Station and Union Market.

“Pullman Place was the first of what is now a flood of new construction condo buildings in NoMa. With a compelling rent vs. buy narrative, we were able to reach the scores of renters who already chose the neighborhood as their home but wanted the investment opportunity of buying. Nearly half of the units at Pullman Place were purchased by area renters, which speaks to the maturity of NoMa and residents’ desire to remain in the neighborhood,” said Urban Pace President Clint Mann said in a press release.

Pullman Place’s amenities include spa-inspired baths, nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, a fitness center, and private balconies or patios in some units. Urban Pace is selling and marketing other condo projects in the neighborhood, including 39-41 New York Avenue and 1109 Congress Street.
