Another day, another new coworking space announcement in the Washington area. Today, coworking company Industrious announced its branching out by opening its third location in the DMV.
Jamestown, L.P. announced that Industrious signed on as the first, new office tenant at Ballston Exchange, securing a 24,795-square-foot suite located on the third floor of 4201 Wilson Blvd., Ballston Exchange’s 4201 tower. Industrious currently is open in downtown D.C. and Bethesda. The Ballston location is slated to open in early 2019.
“As we grow, we’re looking for places like the D.C. metro area because they attract such a diverse talent pool – from entrepreneurs who may just be starting out as well as mature companies and corporations looking to build out regional offices,” said Katharine Lau, director of real estate at Industrious, said in a press release. “We’re excited to continue growing our partnership with Jamestown as their coworking partner of choice, having started with Ponce City Market in Atlanta, and now expanding nationally.”
