A new apartment located just two blocks from the Bethesda Metro and the shops at Bethesda Row is open for move-ins. Blogger Robert Dyer notes that the first residents are moving in at The Brody, a LEED Gold building featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences.
Apartments in The Brody feature built-in desks and storage systems, private terraces and balconies, and kitchens with quartz countertops, Italian cabinetry, and KitchenAid appliances. Amenities at the building include a courtyard, pet spa and pet run, co-working spaces, electric car chargers, bike storage, concierge services, and a fitness center.
There’s also a rooftop penthouse that sounds like it’s built for entertaining: there’s a screening room, kitchen, reading nooks, a wraparound terrace with outdoor fireplace, and a covered outdoor cocktail lounge complete with TV and seating.
