Rosslyn’s high-tech new observation deck officially opens to the public today, offering a view of the monuments and the D.C. skyline. The Observation Deck is located on the 31st floor of atop JBG Smith’s CEB Tower, the tallest commercial building inside the Beltway. A general admission ticket inside costs $21 online, but tickets are free for Arlington residents. The Observation Deck is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekends.
