Want to walk through a Snarkitecture-designed house complete with a ball pit/swimming pool this summer? Tickets for the National Building Museum’s popular Summer Block Party installation just went on sale today. The tickets cost $16 for adults and are timed so you’ll get one hour in the “Fun House,” which is New York-based Snarkitecture’s first comprehensive museum exhibition. Access to the rest of the museum is included in the ticket price.
The freestanding structure will re-imagine the idea of the traditional home and contain interactive elements for visitors to discover. We’re betting that this exhibit, like the firm’s 2015 ball pit at NBM, will be all over social media. Get an idea of what to expect from these renderings:
