Update 6/15: Arlington residents can see the Observation Deck at CEB Tower’s stellar views this weekend for free. The doors will open for a sneak preview on Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the last timed entry at 1:00 p.m. The preview is open to Arlington County residents with valid ID.

Rosslyn is getting ready to debut a “public space in the sky.” That would be the 12,000-square-foot Central Place observation deck, located on the 31st and 32nd floors of CEB Tower at 1201 Wilson Boulevard. When the observation deck opens to the public this summer, you’ll be able to take in sweeping, unobstructed views of the Mall, the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon.

The interior of the Observation Deck at CEB Tower is something to look at too, judging from photos posted by the Washington Business Journal. The sleek space will include a hologram machine portraying historical figures, and a bar with snacks is slated open too. Tickets will run from $16 to $21, but kids under five and Arlington residents will get free admission.
