There are plenty of castles worth venturing to in and near Washington, D.C., but this one is really worth the price for homebuyers who may have longed for a Disney-like retreat their whole life. Priced at $11.2 million, this Massachusetts Avenue Heights mansion comes with one acre of land as well as a renovated kitchen, leaded glass windows, and beamed ceilings. With this price, the house ranks as the fourth most expensive home currently on the D.C. market.

As first reported by UrbanTurf, this residence includes two lots adjacent to the main house. Along with the photos (seen below), the listing also offers a rendering for a new home that could be built on one of these lots.

The location is approximately one mile away from the Woodley Park Metro station.
