Co-working company Spaces to open first Maryland location on March 19

Expect a business club, on-site restaurants, and more

For the first time, co-working company, Spaces, will open a new location in the state of Maryland. With an opening planned for March 19, Spaces’s new site will be located at Chase Tower at 4445 Willard Avenue, Suite 600 in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The location is only a block away from the Friendship Heights Metro station.

According to the Spaces website, the site will offer unlimited Wi-Fi, a 2,000-square-foot business club, private offices, and over 200 dedicated desks. Amenities include networking events and two on-site restaurants. The location can be available on a full-time basis, five days a week, or 10 days a month.

A price range has not yet been set, but memberships will start at $309 per month.

This past year, Spaces opened a new location in Rosslyn, Virginia at the former Artisphere site. Earlier, another Spaces opened, this time at NoMa’s Uline Arena development.
