In November 2017, Curbed DC reported that five 19th century brownstone townhomes in Capitol Hill were expected to undergo renovations, allowing each property to serve as either a single-family home or a commercial business. Washingtonian now reports that one of the townhomes, located at 418-424 C Street NE, has completed with the other four expected to finish this spring. Prices start at $2,995,000.

Behind the project is D.C. area-based developer Petra Development, who plans for each property to feature a rooftop deck, one to two off-street parking spaces, marble countertops, and an in-law suite with a built-in kitchenette and full bathroom. The single-family homes will include five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
