A brand new, seven-story mixed-use building is in the works for Tenleytown. The plans for the 41-unit apartment building have been filed with the city with additional plans for approximately 5,000 square feet of retail, a rooftop bar, and a restaurant. There will also be seven vehicular spaces and two car-sharing spaces. UrbanTurf reports that the building will be located at 4615 Wisconsin Avenue NW and 4611 41st Street NW, the site of the former Dancing Club restaurant.

A majority of the units will be studios and one-bedrooms. There will also be a one-bedroom and two two-bedrooms that will be designated for affordable housing.

The architect behind the project is Bonstra|Haresign.
