MakeOffices is expanding and expanding fast in the D.C. area. In February 2018, the coworking company opened a new location at Southwest Waterfront’s mixed-use development, known as The Wharf. Now, their latest location in Glover Park has officially opened at 2201 Wisconsin Avenue NW.
The space spans 30,000 square feet and takes up the entire second floor of the building. According to DC Inno, the new MakeOffices features 57 private offices, 40 dedicated bullpen desks, four conference rooms, four team rooms, five audio-visual booths, and eight call rooms. Amenities also include two wellness rooms, two massage chairs, and a recording room. DC Inno further reports that this is the neighborhood’s first coworking space.
Those who sign up to have a desk or move-in ready, furnished office at this location will have access to Wi-Fi, a parking garage, and networking events.
Monthly prices start at $75 for a virtual office, $300 for open seating, $400 for a dedicated desk, and upwards to $8,400 for a 14-person office. Month-to-month lease terms are available.
